Preparation of the support
Scrape and brush carefully to remove non-adherent parts of the surface to be painted,
wash, rinse, then let dry.
In the case of direct application on thick, semi-thick and plastered paint coatings, ensure perfect adhesion of the coating in place. Otherwise, stripping is mandatory.
On old glossy or satin paints:
sand to break the gloss, wash, rinse, leave dry, then apply our THEOTHERM PRIM
On painted backgrounds:
apply our THEOTHERM PRIM as a print
On new or old unpainted backgrounds:
apply our THEOTHERM PRIM
On RPE (thick paint coating):
apply our THEOTHERM PRIM
On chemically stripped support:

To improve the adhesion of the product, use the granite undercoat.
Preparation & application
Print the surface with the micro-granite mineral undercoat.
Apply the lime clay coating in successive layers in a thin, even thickness.
Apply the 1st coat using a coating trowel.
Drying between the two layers depending on the ambient conditions, the nature of the support, the thickness of the application: approximately 24 hours.
Apply a 2nd coat with the same method as the 1st. Add aggregates if you wish.
Leave to dry for approximately 24 hours after the 2nd coat.
Possibility of sanding the surface using an eccentric sander to make it flat.
